When this work is useful
Orders, projects, or customer requests pass through repeated handoffs. Work is duplicated or delayed. Adding people has not solved the underlying problem, and departments optimize their own tasks while the business continues to struggle.
What we examine
We trace activities from the initial business requirement through delivery. We evaluate dependencies, constraints, rework, information flow, resource use, and control points in relation to the business model.
What the work can produce
A view of the current process and its constraints; identified activities that create value or consume resources without supporting the intended outcome; and a prioritized set of process changes with clear operational reasoning.
